Cost: £15 Concessions / £20 Standard

Five free spots in each workshop are available to deaf, disabled, neurodiverse, Black, and Global Majority artists on a first-come, first-serve basis.

About the Workshop
Join Christina Fulcher for an engaging 2 hour in person workshop designed specifically for directors, theatre makers, movement directors/choreographers, and actors.Participants will engage in practical exercises to reflect on their artistic practice and gain insights into applying intimacy guidelines to support a consent-based rehearsal process by establishing boundaries, providing context, choreography techniques, and implementing closure strategies to create an empowering and collaborative environment for actors and creatives.

About Christina Fulcher
Christina Fulcher is a movement director and intimacy coordinator working in theatre, opera, and Film/TV. She has completed a portfolio of intimacy training with Intimacy on Set, Principal Intimacy Professionals, Theatrical Intimacy Education, and Intimacy Directors Coordinators. Through these courses, she has honed her skills in creating empowering and supportive spaces for actors and crew members during intimate scenes, ensuring that the artistic vision of the project is realised while prioritizing the physical and emotional wellbeing of all involved. She holds an MFA in Movement Directing & Teaching at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Also a qualified teacher, Christina instructs actor movement and intimacy practice at drama schools including Leeds Conservatoire, LAMDA, ArtsEd, and The BRIT School. She is an inclusive practice researcher and Co-Founder of Inclusion Collective.Credits as Intimacy Coordinator include BBC TV series and various short films.
